The latest Bronco is nothing short of an off and on-road performer. It stands out in the class of off-road SUVs since it balances technology, styling, and robust powertrains.
The base powertrains comprise a 2.3-liter turbocharged four-cylinder that releases 325 pound-feet of torque and 300 horsepower. Also available is a 2.7-liter turbo V6 that generates 415 pound-feet of torque and 330 horsepower when it uses premium fuel. The new Ford Bronco runs on a four-wheel drivetrain. It has two transmission variants, where the 10-speed auto is standard for the V6 engine. The other transmission is the base seven-speed manual that offers smooth shifting to drivers. Moreover, it has a highway and city fuel economy of 22 mpg and 20 mpg for the four-cylinder engine.
The V6 engine drops the fuel economy to 20 mpg on the highway and 18 mpg on city roads, especially when it comes with the Sasquatch package that features oversized and aggressive tires.
